Organisation of the Centre

Organic Structure

The CEEC according to its statutes includes the following bodies

Board of directors;
The General Directorate;
The college of statutory auditors.
The CEEC is placed under the tutelage of the Minister having the Mines in its attributions and exerts its tutelary prerogatives on the acts of the bodies of management by the prior authorization and the approval or the opposition.

 

Functional Structure

The CEEC is structured as follows:

  • The General Direction;
  • The Central Directions;
  • The Provincial Directorates and
  • The Auxiliary Offices.

Each Central Direction is made up of the Divisions and Central Services, and each Provincial Direction is made up of the Antennas and Auxiliary Offices according to the importance of each. There are also External Representations abroad.

In its operation, the CEEC also requires the collaboration of the following services: OCC, OGEFREM, CGEA, DGDA, DGRAD as well as THE MINING ADMINISTRATION and supervises during the marketing and / or export of mineral substances: artisanal traders, traders, approved counters, smelters, depots, processing entities, as well as mining companies.
